Silver - four one hour face to face or telephone coaching sessions £205 Gold - four one hour face to face or telephone coaching sessions plus an additional two 45 minute telephone coaching sessions £250 Platinum - six one hour face to face or telephone coaching sessions plus an additional three 45 minute telephone coaching sessions £430
